THE SPRINGBOKS FACE OFF AGAINST WALES, FOLLOWED BY THE BARABARIANS VS FIJI IN THIS QATAR AIRWAYS CUP DOUBLE HEADER

Twickenham Stadium – 22 June 2024 – KO 2pm

Witness the Springboks in action for the first time since claiming the title of World Champions. Their previous appearance at Twickenham against the All Blacks, resulted in a remarkable 35-7 victory.

Springbok coach, Rassie Erasmus, is excited for the Welsh match, noting that it is the perfect launchpad for the 2024 season. “We are thrilled to return to Twickenham in what will mark our first Test since the Rugby World Cup final in France.”

He added, “We may be playing on foreign territory, but we enjoy fantastic support from the expat community in London and its surrounds, so we are really looking forward to the match.”

The 22 June fixture will be a doubleheader,  with SA and Wales followed by a clash between the world-famous Barbarians and Fiji fighting for the Killik Cup, with kickoff scheduled for 5:15pm.
