  1. Is Springboks on Tour and SA Rugby Travel the same company? 
    YES, we initially formed Springboks on Tour and rebranded to SA Rugby Travel in 2022, therefore aligning the brands. The same company, Tourvest Destination Management UK,  has not changed.
  1. Does SA Rugby Travel provide official match tickets?
    YES
  2. Is SA Rugby Travel a registered travel operator in the UK?
    YES, we are a registered Travel Operator in the UK. Tourvest Destination Management UK Ltd and have been trading in the UK for more than 5 years.
  3. Is my money safe with SA Rugby Travel UK?
    YES, we are a member of ABTA and ATOL licensed.
  4. Do I need to be fully vaccinated to attend stadiums in the UK?
    At the current time this is not a requirement at stadiums in England, Wales and Scotland.  It is your responsibility to be aware of the rules for each venue and to provide the required documentation.  We cannot take any responsibility if you are refused entry to any match as a result of not having the required documentation or following the rules enforced by the organiser (this could include wearing a facemask at certain times).  Please note should you be refused entry then there will be no refund available for the unused ticket.
  1. If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19, will I receive a full refund?
    If you purchase a hotel and ticket package then you are protected by the 2018 Package Travel Regulations and any payments made for your package will be refunded in full.  If you buy a ticket package then unfortunately, unless we are able to recoup our costs from our suppliers, there will be no refunds as per our terms and conditions.  In the event that we are able to provide you with a refund we reserve the right to retain a fee to cover our administration costs.
  2. If I cancel my participation in the event, will I receive a full refund ?
    In the event that you decide not to attend the event and cancel your hotel and ticket package or your ticket package, no refunds will be made.
  3. What is generally included in your accommodation package?
    Accommodation is provided on a per person sharing basis including breakfast. All other meals and expenses are to be settled by the guest directly with the hotel on check out.
  4. What is included in the November 2021 Autumn Internationals Ticket Package?
    Test match Ticket, Entry to the Access Pass.
  5. Can I select my seat in the stadium?
    You can select your category of ticket. SA Rugby Travel will endeavour to do their best to accommodate specific seating requests at time of booking. Priority will be given to Access Pass members. Please note that SA Rugby Travel does not have any control of the location of the seats that are provided within each price category as these are provided to us from each Union.
